About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Nuffield Health City FWC. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and visitors while using our swimming pool facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all members and visitors.

  • Ensure the pool area is safe and secure at all times, responding promptly to any incidents or emergencies.

  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized pool area.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members and visitors, providing a positive and supportive experience.

  • Stay up-to-date with all relevant health and safety procedures and protocols.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.50, as well as a range of benefits including holiday pay, access to our pension scheme, and discounted gym membership.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and be able to provide ongoing training records. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
