Community Support Team Lead

Crooton Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Support Leader to join our team in Inverness, Highlands. As a Community Support Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs in a supported living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of support workers to ensure high-quality care and support services are delivered.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of our service users.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as healthcare providers and social workers, to ensure comprehensive support.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care and support services, making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing, supervising, or team coordination in supported living.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
- Driver preferred, but not essential.
