Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team in North Highland. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a portfolio of work in primary and community care, working closely with local clinicians and teams to develop and implement innovative healthcare solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general practice, with experience in clinical governance, education and training, and workforce planning. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The role will involve working with a range of stakeholders, including GPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement new services and initiatives. The successful candidate will be able to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex healthcare challenges.
