About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and patient individual to join our team as an Independent Living Scheme Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for empowering our customers to thrive in their homes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Regular customer contact to ensure the highest level of customer care
  • Completing annual independent living reviews to assess customer needs
  • Managing communal repairs and conducting H&S checks on site

You will be someone who:

  • Is curious and able to have difficult conversations
  • Is tenacious and resilient, with a track record of achieving the right outcome
  • Has a reputation for first-rate influencing, negotiating, and relationship-building skills
  • Has experience working with older people in a customer-focused environment
  • Has experience understanding and working within policies, procedures, and code of conduct

This is a permanent, part-time role working 16 hours per week, Monday-Friday. A full UK driving licence is required, as you may need to support other schemes from time to time.
