We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Children's Community Nurse to join our team at Leaders in Care. As a key member of our paediatric care team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families in the community across West Sussex.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality direct nursing care to children in the community, working closely with families to develop personalised care plans.
  • Partnering with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care, including accurate record-keeping and reporting.
  • Managing your own caseload, demonstrating excellent time management and organisational skills.

What We Offer:

  • An annual salary of up to £37,960, plus a company car or car allowance of £4,877.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including a contributory pension scheme, private healthcare cover, and death in service benefit.
  • 33 days of annual holiday, inclusive of bank holidays, and professional registrations paid for.
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities, including weekend and evening enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Competency with IV therapies.
  • A Registered Nurse qualification with a paediatric specialty.
  • Previous experience in a community nursing role.
  • A valid driver's license.
