We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Children's Community Nurse to join our team at Leaders in Care, a private healthcare provider specialising in paediatric care in the community across West Sussex.
About the RoleThis is a Monday-to-Friday position offering a salary of up to £37,960, a company car or car allowance of £4,877, and a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities- Providing direct nursing care to children in the community, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Working closely with families to develop personalised care plans, promoting independence and empowering them to take an active role in their child's care.
- Partnering with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care, sharing knowledge and expertise to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting, maintaining high standards of documentation and data management.
- Managing your own caseload, demonstrating excellent time management and organisational skills to meet the needs of your patients and their families.
