  • You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all fabric elements of our fit-out projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • You will develop and implement maintenance strategies and procedures, ensuring all fabric elements are maintained to the highest standards.
  • You will manage and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing hands-on support when required.
Requirements:
  • Practical experience in performing small works and maintenance projects.
  • Building fabric/multi-trade experience.
  • Previous experience in working in commercial buildings.
  • Excellent knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety regulations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
