About the Role:- We are seeking an experienced Fabric Maintenance Manager to join our team at COEL.
- The ideal candidate will have practical experience in performing small works and maintenance projects, as well as building fabric/multi-trade experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all fabric elements of our fit-out projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all fabric elements of our fit-out projects.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies and procedures.
- Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure all fabric elements are maintained to the highest standards.
- A competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
