The Retail Manager Role
As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and working with a small sales floor team day-to-day
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere and great one-to-one customer experiences
- Identifying and maximising sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets
- Motivating and developing a small sales team to reach their maximum potential
- Following and maintaining company policies and procedures
- Leading by example in everything you do
- Taking ownership and full responsibility for the performance of a small shop and team
- Utilising resources to plan, organise, and train staff
- Developing an excellent knowledge of our jewellery
The Retail Manager Essentials
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in retail management or hospitality
- An ability to display a genuine passion for jewellery and customer service
- Promote a smart and well-groomed appearance essential in reflecting our company's public image
- Self-motivated with good leadership and people skills
- Confident communicator with good organisational skills
- Attention to detail in everything you do
The Benefits
We offer:
- A full-time contract
- 28 days holiday a year and after 5 years, you'll receive 33 days a year (including 8 Bank Holidays)
