Job Title: Store Manager

JD Group is seeking an exceptional Store Manager to lead our retail store team and drive business growth. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating a positive and productive work environment, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing store team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective store strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar format.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Passion for customer service and a proven track record of delivering excellence in this area.
