Assistant Store Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Next. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, improving efficiency, and achieving performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in leading and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Create a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations, including stock management and visual merchandising.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and develop opportunities to improve customer experience and drive sales growth.
