Role Overview:
As a Store Manager at JD Group, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive store financial performance. You will motivate and coach your team to achieve sales targets, maintain store standards, and ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement store strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Ensure a safe and compliant working environment, adhering to JD Group's health and safety policies.
- Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth.
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager to deliver business change initiatives and company objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership and management experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze store performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of retail KPIs and the ability to control costs, increase sales, and improve the customer experience.
