About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible General Service Assistant to join our team at Aramark. As a General Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean front and back of house areas, including restocking items and stock rotation, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service at all times, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Operational Support: Assist with operating the till, cash handling, and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full on-the-job training will be provided.
  • DBS Check: A DBS check is required for this role.
  • Team Player: Excellent team player and communicator with a passion for food and service.
  • Flexibility: Flexible approach to hours and duties, with a willingness to undergo training as required.

  • Competitive Pay: £11.44 per hour.
  • Flexible Hours: 20 hours per week, with shifts ranging between Monday and Sunday.
