General Service Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic General Service Assistant to join our team at RAF Leeming. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
- Clean front and back of house areas
- Perform cold food preparation and made to order services
- Restocking items and stock rotation
- Operating the till and cash handling
- Client focus – providing excellent customer service at all times
- Sweeping/Mopping and general house keeping to ensure areas are cleaned to a high standard at all times
- Preparation of any other public facing areas as required
- Undertake relevant training as required of all aspects of the role, including working towards your Food Hygiene Level 2 and Health and Safety Level 2 qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as full on the job training will be provided
- A DBS check is required
- Excellent team player and communicator
- A passion for food and service
- Flexible approach to hours and duties
- Willingness to undergo training as required
- £11.44 per hour
- Casual zero hour contract – work as and when required
- Shifts range between Monday - Sunday
