Key Responsibilities
  • Manage diary appointments and coordinate meetings with various departments
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with attention to detail
  • Handle internal and external communication, including correspondence and emails
  • Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support team
  • Maintain office systems, including data management and filing
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulations
Requirements
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • A detail-oriented approach with a high level of accuracy
