Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to join our dynamic team at Office Angels. As a key member of our Procurement team, you will provide vital support to our clients, ensuring the smooth running of procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the Procurement team, assisting with day-to-day tasks.
- Raise corporate purchase orders and ensure compliance with procurement documentation.
- Maintain procurement databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.
- Handle routine inquiries and correspondence related to procurement activities.
- Collaborate with other teams to coordinate procurement efforts and achieve organisational goals.
- Carry out ad hoc administrative tasks as required by the Head of Procurement.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines.
- A team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong IT proficiency in MS Office Suites.
- Demonstrates honesty and integrity at all times.
- Commercial awareness (desirable).
- Experience with SAP or other procurement software or ERP systems (desirable).
- Proactive in suggesting new and improved ways of working (continuous improvement).
- Previous experience in a similar role (desirable).
