Head of Pedagogy and Professional Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Pedagogy and Professional Development team. As a key member of our Early Years team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational direction of our organisation.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our pedagogy and professional development strategies. This will involve working closely with our Director of Services, ASPIRE project manager, and the Strategic Leadership Team to design and deliver evidence-based services that improve outcomes for young children.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of our pedagogy and professional development strategies
- Work closely with the Director of Services, ASPIRE project manager, and the Strategic Leadership Team to design and deliver evidence-based services
- Provide leadership in the policy and practice context for Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland in relation to working with young children
- Contribute to the development of our Pre-School Education Programme
