Head of Pedagogy and Professional Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Pedagogy and Professional Development team at Early Years - the organisation for young children. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of early years education and development in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
About the Role
We are looking for a talented individual who can provide leadership in re-evaluating and designing a process to provide evidence-based services with the aim of improving outcomes for young children. You will work closely with our Director of Services, ASPIRE project manager, and the Strategic Leadership Team to lead in policy and practice context for Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland in relation to working with young children.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of evidence-based services to improve outcomes for young children
- Work closely with the Director of Services and ASPIRE project manager to deliver the ASPIRE: Preschool programme and the broader Pre-School Education Programme
- Provide leadership in policy and practice context for Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland in relation to working with young children
- Collaborate with the Strategic Leadership Team to shape the future of early years education and development
