Head of Pedagogy and Professional Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Pedagogy and Professional Development team. As a key member of our Early Years team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of education for young children.
About the Role
We are looking for a talented individual to lead the development and implementation of our Pedagogy and Professional Development strategy. This will involve working closely with our Director of Services, ASPIRE project manager, and the Strategic Leadership Team to design and deliver evidence-based services that improve outcomes for young children.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of our Pedagogy and Professional Development strategy
- Work closely with the Director of Services, ASPIRE project manager, and the Strategic Leadership Team to design and deliver evidence-based services
- Provide leadership in the policy and practice context for Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland in relation to working with young children
- Lead in re-evaluating and designing a process to provide evidence-based services with the aim of improving outcomes for young children to be shared nationally and internationally
