Expert Property Conveyancer Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our law firm in Manchester, providing exceptional client service on residential conveyancing matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with previous paralegal experience within a property department to showcase their skills and expertise.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing a full range of residential conveyancing tasks efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Client engagement: Obtaining client ID and preparing engagement documentation.
  • Property searches: Coordinating property searches to ensure timely completion.
  • Mortgage reports: Drafting mortgage reports accurately and efficiently.
  • Search reports: Preparing search reports to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Title documents: Obtaining title documents from the Land Registry with precision.
  • Contract packs: Compiling and issuing draft contract packs promptly.
  • Redemption statements: Requesting redemption statements from lenders.
  • SDLT forms: Drafting SDLT forms with attention to detail.
  • Completion management: Managing completion, including preparing completion statements.
  • Enquiry responses: Assisting with replies to enquires from purchasers' solicitors.
