Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor Lead

PAS Capital Legal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our conveyancing department, you will be responsible for managing a diverse and complex caseload of residential property transactions.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Manage a high-volume caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and leasehold transactions.
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring they are well-informed and supported throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, transfers, and other legal documents.
  • Coordinate with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third-party service providers to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
  • Handle all aspects of the conveyancing process, ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a high level of client care and communication, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and handle a busy caseload.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of the conveyancing department, including assisting with business development and client retention.
**Salary:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
