About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and efficient individual to join our Radiology Department as our Rota Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and populating the medical staffing rotas on a daily basis, ensuring the service is resourced to the required levels each day.

Main Responsibilities

Key duties of the role include:

  • Coordinating medical staff rotas to ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Accurately recording planned and unplanned absences, such as leave or sickness
  • Supporting the timely delivery of rotas and ensuring effective measures have been taken to support adequate staffing
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Service Manager
