Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing store growth plans and expansion strategies in line with annual store-opening targets. This includes assessing and negotiating the selection of business districts and store locations, taking into account key indicators such as store location, construction, and rental costs.

You will also be responsible for coordinating with store construction suppliers to ensure delivery capabilities and maintaining the construction progress of stores. Additionally, you will be responsible for expanding real estate resources and maintaining relationships with property developers and shopping mall cooperation departments.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Store location and construction costs
  • Rental costs and occupancy rates
  • Store expansion targets and timelines

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the local retail market and business district format. You will also need to possess at least 3 years of experience in local store expansion, as well as partnership resources with top-tier and mid-tier local commercial groups, malls, and real estate conglomerates.

You will need to be familiar with the construction and decoration process, as well as local laws, regulations, and industry standards. A bachelor's degree or higher in architecture, engineering management, project management, or related fields is also required.
