We have an opening for a Fire Alarm Service and Commissioning Engineer in the Wrexham area to join our ever-growing team, contributing to our extensive project portfolio and proud exports to over 40 countries across five continents.

What You'll Receive:

  • A 40-hour workweek with a salary range of £27,300 to £35,200, plus additional benefits.
  • Travel time paid after the first 15 minutes.
  • Overtime rates: weekdays at 1.5 times pay after 8 hours, including travel time minus the first 15 minutes; Saturdays at 1.5 to 2.0 times pay; Sundays, bank holidays, and nights at 2.0 times pay.
  • On-call overtime.
  • 32 days of holiday allowance, plus additional days after two years of service.
  • A company vehicle, including a fuel card.
  • CPD training, both in-house and external modules.
  • Opportunities for progression within the business.
  • All paperwork completed on company-provided devices.
  • A workplace pension.
  • Death in service insurance.

Role and Required Skills:

  • To perform PPM and reactive maintenance on Fire Alarm and associated systems.
  • To undertake commissioning of Fire Alarm and associated systems.
  • Essential experience working within the electrical sector.
  • A working knowledge of electrical circuits and measuring devices.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records.
