About the Role

Are you a highly skilled Family Therapist seeking a challenging position in mental health? We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to join our team as a Family Therapist - Systemic Specialist.

This full-time permanent post offers a unique chance to work with children, young people, and families experiencing a wide range of mental health difficulties. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will deliver high-quality family therapy and contribute to the development of our systemic and family therapy offer.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced therapist who can lead and develop our services. With a strong background in systemic theory and practice, you will have excellent clinical supervision and consultation skills. In addition, you will be responsible for developing and leading on training, and being a key member of our multidisciplinary team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality family therapy to children, young people, and families
  • Contribute to the development of our systemic and family therapy offer
  • Provide clinical supervision and consultation
  • Develop and lead on training
  • Be a key member of our multidisciplinary team

Requirements

  • Relevant degree
  • Recognised postgraduate Family Therapy or equivalent qualification at level of Masters or higher academic award
  • Professional qualification in a relevant regulated profession (nursing, social work, clinical psychology)
  • UKCP registration as a family/systemic psychotherapist
  • Highly developed knowledge of systemic theory and practice
  • Evidence of continuing professional development as recommended by the UKCP/AFT

Salary: £43,141 - £72,220 per annum depending on experience.
