About the Role

ENGINEERINGUK is seeking an experienced Data Entry and Payroll Specialist to join its team in Newcastle. This is a hybrid role with a full-time schedule, offering the opportunity to work in a team environment and contribute to various data entry tasks and payroll activities.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administration, data entry, or junior payroll, with a strong focus on data analysis and communication skills. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for gathering information from various sources, carrying out data analysis activities, and managing standard and non-standard payroll tasks in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Data entry tasks and activities in a team environment.
  • Standard and non-standard payroll tasks and activities.
  • Communication with Pension Administration team members regarding payroll and pensioner queries.
  • Support for senior colleagues with payroll projects and business development activities.
  • New staff training and validation to ensure accuracy.

A competitive salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum is offered, reflecting the company's commitment to fair compensation and employee satisfaction.
