Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Teaching Assistant, supporting educators in providing a nurturing and effective learning environment for children.
Responsibilities- Deliver educational programmes tailored to the needs of students, particularly those with special educational needs.
- Support children in their learning activities, providing guidance and encouragement to enhance their understanding and skills.
- Help manage classroom behaviour by implementing strategies that promote positive interactions among students.
- Facilitate communication between students, teachers, and parents to ensure a cohesive approach to each child's education.
- Participate in the planning and preparation of learning materials and resources for classroom activities.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher regarding individual development.
- Assist with daily routines, including toddler care, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all children.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, educators, and parents.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or special educational needs.
- Ability to educate and engage students through creative teaching methods.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with diverse learning abilities.
- Knowledge of special education practices and principles.
- Capability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being able to take initiative when required.
