We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Site Supervisor to join our team at Norse Group. As a Cleaning Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a small on-site team of cleaners, ensuring that service levels are communicated and achieved, equipment and products are stored, maintained, and replenished as required, attendance and time management is monitored, and health and safety guidelines are observed onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate a team of cleaners to deliver a high-quality cleaning service
  • Monitor and maintain equipment and products to ensure optimal performance
  • Ensure attendance and time management is accurate and up-to-date
  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment

Requirements:

  • Commercial experience within a cleaning environment
  • Experience of supervising or leading staff
  • Ability to engage with clients and members of the public
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
