About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Handler to join our team. As a Senior Account Handler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our corporate clients, managing their insurance needs, and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality service to corporate clients, including administration and servicing of commercial insurance policies.
- Assist with new business broking and re-broking exercises, identifying opportunities to grow our client base.
- Maintain existing business relationships, providing technical advice and support to clients.
- Act as a contact point for clients, handling all queries and amendments in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, supporting the growth and development of our team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial account handling or commercial underwriting is essential.
- Knowledge of Acturis is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial insurance knowledge and experience are necessary for this role.
- Support for professional development, including ACII qualification, is available.
