Senior Account Handler

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Handler to join our team at NFP, an Aon company. As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, assisting in increasing business efficiency, and optimizing service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide professional advice and all-round service to clients, including answering general enquiries, renewals, and midterm adjustments.
- Manage a range of larger client insurance programs, ensuring seamless service delivery and excellent client relationships.
- Handle new business enquiries and presentations to market, identifying cross-selling opportunities and driving business growth.
- Act as a technical referral point within the team, offering guidance and support to less experienced colleagues.
- Collaborate with senior directors and executives to develop and implement client engagement strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
- A professional insurance background, with a strong understanding of commercial insurance classes and a proven track record of delivering excellent client service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
