Support Coordinator for Director

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Support Coordinator to join our team and support our Director across all aspects of their businesses. The successful candidate will have a strong background in executive assistance, preferably with experience in the property sector or a willingness to learn and gain exposure to this area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director's diary and email inbox, ensuring timely responses and meetings
- Provide general life administration support, including insurance, travel and other related tasks
- Oversight and management of the property portfolio, including liaison with Property Management teams
- Project management of ongoing developments, drafting planning applications and monitoring correspondence and deadlines
- Implementing a project management workflow, maintaining accurate and organised documentation and providing general administrative support
Requirements:
- Proven experience in executive assistance, preferably in the property sector
- Strong organisational, prioritising and deadline management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and strategic thinking
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- A team player with excellent communication skills
The estimated salary for this position is around £38,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the level of responsibility involved.
