Job Description: Support Coordinator for Director

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Support Coordinator to join our team and support our Director across all aspects of their businesses. The successful candidate will have a strong background in executive assistance, preferably with experience in the property sector or a willingness to learn and gain exposure to this area.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the Director's diary and email inbox, ensuring timely responses and meetings
  2. Provide general life administration support, including insurance, travel and other related tasks
  3. Oversight and management of the property portfolio, including liaison with Property Management teams
  4. Project management of ongoing developments, drafting planning applications and monitoring correspondence and deadlines
  5. Implementing a project management workflow, maintaining accurate and organised documentation and providing general administrative support

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in executive assistance, preferably in the property sector
  • Strong organisational, prioritising and deadline management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and strategic thinking
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • A team player with excellent communication skills

The estimated salary for this position is around £38,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the level of responsibility involved.
