About the Role

The Customer Relationship Centre at Hermès is seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions across multiple platforms, including phone, email, live chat, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their style needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with retail stores and other Head Office departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Provide extensive product information to customers, including stories of the House, characteristics, availability, and procedures.
  • Assist customers contacting our stores, guide them, and offer a qualitative and seamless omnichannel experience.

Requirements

  • Empathetic and kind, with a strong sense of service and a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent oral and writing skills in English, with the ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Assertive, with a capacity for analysis, autonomy, and stress management.
  • Agile with Microsoft Office tools and a strong team player.
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, hotel, and hospitality or service-oriented sectors, with a background in dealing directly with an international clientele.

Contractual Information

Fully flexible 7 days a week between 8am to 7pm (rotated according to team schedule).
