Key Responsibilities:
- Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Providing expert advice on our retirement living developments and apartments
- Working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and budgeted selling prices
- Managing customer expectations and ensuring a smooth sales process
- Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing, customer relations, and construction
About You:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for sales and customer service. You will have previous experience in sales, preferably in the retirement living or property sector, and be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
