Regional Sales Director

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join GB001 Marsh Ltd as a Regional Sales Manager, where you will play a key role in driving sales growth and leading a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of the annual growth strategy for the business within the region, in collaboration with the Regional Sales Leader.
- Develop and coach colleagues within the regional sales team, focusing on strategic risk-based prospecting, added value propositions, and presentation development.
- Identify opportunities for new business and drive the new business funnel, while delivering personal sales targets.
- Be visible across all offices within the region and lead national and international growth campaigns.
- Chair regular sales meetings and advocate for the correct use of pipeline management sales tools.
- Provide monthly data-driven management reports on performance and pipeline.
- Build strong relationships at executive and operational levels in the region.
Requirements:
- Experience in a sales or client-facing role.
- Line management experience preferred.
- Proven record of achieving targeted results.
- Technical Insurance competency with a willingness to continuously develop.
- Strong understanding of client business issues, needs, and expectations.
