We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Deputy Care Home Manager to join our team in a well-established care provider. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable company that prioritizes providing high-quality care to residents.

About the Role:
This is an excellent chance for a Registered Nurse (RGN) with leadership skills to take on a new challenge. As Clinical Deputy Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager in maintaining the smooth operation of the home. Your key tasks will include implementing policies, preparing staff rotas, monitoring care standards, and working directly with residents.

The Ideal Candidate:
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong nursing background, leadership skills, and experience working with people with dementia. You must also possess excellent communication skills and be able to motivate your team members. As a senior nurse, you should be aware of the importance of maintaining high standards of care and being adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
