The Electric Car Scheme is looking for an Account Relationship Specialist to join our vibrant Customer Success team.

This role will involve ensuring active credit facilities are in place for all accounts, responding to customer enquiries, and preparing accurate monthly reporting. We're looking for someone with experience in account management or administration, strong people skills, and a positive mindset.

A competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus £3,000 - £30,000 equity through EMI Options, is on offer to the successful candidate.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • E nsure active credit facilities are in place for all accounts, maintaining smooth account operations.
  • R espond promptly and professionally to inbound customer enquiries, providing clear and effective solutions.
  • P repare and complete accurate monthly reporting to support account health and team goals.
  • A ssist in managing product updates or changes that impact our client base, ensuring smooth communication and transitions.
  • A ctively contribute to the success and strategy of the Customer Success function.
