Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled PAYROLL SPECIALIST to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our payroll function. This includes processing payrolls for both weekly and monthly periods, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing an outsourced payroll, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. You will also possess strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors, including pension providers. Additional responsibilities include:
  • Managing payroll processes, including year-end audits and P11D compliance
  • Supporting the implementation of new HR and payroll systems
  • Balancing payroll accounts to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy
Our ideal candidate will be proficient in CIPP (Certified Information Professional) or similar qualifications, although not essential. A competitive salary is offered, estimated at around £60,000 + benefits package, depending on experience.
