Sharp Electronics Europe is seeking a skilled HR Administrator to support the Human Resources team at our European Headquarters in Stockley Park, Hayes.

This is a full-time position with flexible working arrangements, requiring 3 days of office work and 2 days of remote work.

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and proactive professional with experience in HR administration and Learning & Development. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing full-cycle onboarding and offboarding processes, including contract handling, HR system setups, and inductions
  • Providing essential support to the HR Manager and European HR Director with data collation and documentation
  • Tracking and managing probation periods, contract changes, and compliance with right-to-work regulations
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and delivering timely reports
  • Partnering with our external payroll provider to manage monthly payroll data, covering starters, leavers, bonuses, and benefits
  • Leading the management and enhancement of the Learning Management System (LMS), developing training programs, and assisting with user queries
  • Ensuring timely renewals and terminations for fixed-term contracts
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for HR support requests and managing the SEE HR inbox effectively

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Experience in an HR administrative and Learning & Development role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in databases preferred; project management and presentation skills are a bonus
  • Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail
  • A confident communicator who can handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Capable of working independently, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
