About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil and Structural Engineer to join our team at OBM People. As a key member of our consultancy division, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality engineering services and contributing to the successful completion of specified engineering tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver minor modifications and projects, adhering to the highest standards, legal requirements, and client specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute safe, efficient, and compliant capital projects across various industries.
  • Develop and maintain project control processes, including baseline schedules, discipline performance metrics, and budget management.
  • Provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle, from PreFEED to EPC phases.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field or a Higher BTEC qualification.
  • Proven experience in engineering design, particularly in minor modifications and project support.
  • Familiarity with project control processes and budget management.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
