About the Role

This Field Sales Account Executive position offers an exceptional opportunity for a motivated sales professional to drive business growth and revenue expansion with our electrical manufacturing client. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Become the primary point of contact for assigned clients and ensure timely responses to their inquiries.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and client preferences.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to stay informed about new products and promotions.
    • Provide input on market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Professional Development:
    • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in sales and account management.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 2+ years of experience in field sales, preferably within the electrical industry.
  2. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from £42,000 to £45,000, along with benefits including a company vehicle and an uncapped performance-based bonus.
