Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Leader in Special Education to join our team at Robins Way School. As a leader in special education, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality educational programs that maximize pupil achievement and ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.

About the Role:
  • A competitive salary up to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus performance-related bonus.
  • Monday to Friday
  • Term Time only
  • Permanent

The ideal candidate will have outstanding leadership skills, the ability to inspire and motivate staff, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in SEN schools.
