We are looking for a Wellbeing Coach to join our team at Second Step. As a Wellbeing Coach, you will work with service users to identify their strengths and goals, and develop personalized plans to improve their wellbeing.

You will work collaboratively with mental health professionals to ensure that the support you provide is tailored to each individual's needs. Your interventions will be both social and clinical, focusing on building resilience and improving wellbeing.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting individuals with mental health needs. You will receive management and clinical supervision, as well as group reflective practice, and tailored support from Second Step.

We offer a salary of £25,359 - £27,449 per annum, 26 days annual leave rising to 31, plus Bank Holidays, and a range of benefits including a workplace pension, internal CPD training, and flexible working policy.
