We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven National Account Manager to join our team at The Candidate Recruitment Agency. This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to develop and execute strategic partnerships with national retailers, driving promotional programs and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage client relationships across the North of England, fostering strong partnerships and driving business growth.
  • Create and implement effective promotional programs, including revenue targets, trade spend, and activation details, to maximize ROI and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution, leveraging data and analytics to inform future strategies.
  • Analyse data and track KPIs to measure success, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous growth.
  • Oversee pre- and post-promotion evaluation to optimize performance and maximize ROI, maintaining meticulous records and ensuring timely completion of administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • A highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • A data-driven thinker with a strong analytical mind, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • A natural problem solver with a proactive approach, able to manage complex projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience within the FMCG sector (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) is a plus, but not essential.
