Job Overview

Rise Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to lead and manage relationships with several retail partners in the convenience and high street channel.

About the Role

As the National Account Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the account, being the primary point of contact with Buyers, ensuring joint business plans (JBPs) run in line with pre-agreed service levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with retail partners, including Co-op, Spar, and Nisa, to maximise sales and category performance.
  • Develop and maintain high levels of service for accounts to meet commercial targets.
  • Collaborate with commercial contacts at retailers to drive business growth and category development.
  • Provide commercial acumen and negotiation skills to drive business results.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have experience of managing accounts in the convenience sector, with a proven track record of success in the commercial space.
