Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and retention.
- Manage and grow assigned accounts through regular engagement and strategic planning.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing issues and ensuring satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
- Develop and implement plans to achieve client retention and growth targets.
- Track and report key account metrics, including client satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client experiences.
- Support marketing efforts with case studies and social media content.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
- Level 2 Maths and English qualifications.
- Full, current UK driving licence and own vehicle.
- Proven account management experience (minimum 3 years).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Experience with CRM systems and account management strategies.
- Track record of meeting business growth and retention targets.
- Basic understanding of apprenticeship policy, EPA, and qualifications market in England.
- Desirable: Level 6 qualification in Marketing, Communications, or Business Development.
