Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Account Manager to manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth through retention and upselling. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting business growth and retention targets, with a strong understanding of the apprenticeship policy, EPA, and qualifications market in England.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and retention.
  • Manage and grow assigned accounts through regular engagement and strategic planning.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing issues and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve client retention and growth targets.
  • Track and report key account metrics, including client satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client experiences.
  • Support marketing efforts with case studies and social media content.
  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
Requirements
  • Level 2 Maths and English qualifications.
  • Full, current UK driving licence and own vehicle.
  • Proven account management experience (minimum 3 years).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Experience with CRM systems and account management strategies.
  • Track record of meeting business growth and retention targets.
  • Basic understanding of apprenticeship policy, EPA, and qualifications market in England.
  • Desirable: Level 6 qualification in Marketing, Communications, or Business Development.
What We Offer
