Job Overview



We are seeking an exceptional Senior Software Systems Architect to join our Transformation and Technology directorate. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing our corporate services and systems integrations utilizing the MuleSoft Anypoint platform.



Your Responsibilities




  • Lead the development and maintenance of our corporate services/systems integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint platform.
  • Design capability APIs that meet our platform development standards and leverage our standard technology stack, including Java, Python, and OpenShift.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality software systems.
  • Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing and adoption of best practices.
  • Engage actively with the developer community and contribute to the advancement of software development practices.


Requirements



To be successful in this role, you should possess:




  • Expert programming skills using object-oriented languages (e.g., Java, Python).
  • A strong knowledge of functional and behavioral automated testing techniques.
  • Experience in leading the application of modern standards and practices, as well as developing proof of concept prototypes to inform service design.
  • The ability to maintain and support services in production.
  • Experience in designing systems characterized by medium levels of risk, impact, and business or technical complexity.
  • Ability to define integrations between systems and coordinate associated build and test activities.
