Account Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team at The Early Careers Company. As a key member of our Corporate Communications and Public Affairs team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to deliver high-quality communications campaigns around infrastructure and the built environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement campaign strategies to meet client goals and objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of Account Executives to ensure delivery of high-quality work
  • Conduct client meetings and build long-term relationships based on trust and value
  • Take an active interest in new business activity and contribute to the pitch process
  • Manage the work of Account Executives, delegate tasks, and ensure a high quality of delivery

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in PR/communications
  • Good organisational and time management skills
