About the Role
The Public Relations Account Executive will play a key role in delivering our clients' communications and PR programmes, undertaking various activities to ensure agreed objectives and targets are met.
As a Public Relations Account Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the Account Manager, anticipating what needs doing next, and using initiative to contribute ideas to drive accounts forward.
You will have a good overall understanding of communication objectives, strategies, and tactics, and how these are evolving to stay ahead of the curve and relevant to client needs.
Key responsibilities will include effectively managing all account administration, drafting contact reports and status reports, reading and monitoring the media on a daily basis, and having a good grasp of the media environment and business landscape we work in.
You will also be responsible for tracking stakeholder sentiment, researching and drafting communications materials, dealing with client requests, and using media databases effectively.
