About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Cheltenham. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to a diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a varied client portfolio, undertaking a range of assignments including preparation of accounts, VAT submissions, and tax returns.
  • Liaise directly with clients, building good rapport and handling queries.
  • Work closely with the senior management team, including supporting Partners with projects.
  • Champion your own professional development, learning from an experienced team.
Requirements
  • ACCA or ACA qualified, part qualified, or planning to study in the near future.
  • Previous experience supporting clients within practice.
  • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting software.
  • Multi-tasker with great time management and a can-do attitude to problem-solving.
  • Organised and able to manage own workload effectively.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Confident working alongside senior management.
  • Motivated and able to inspire others.
  • Collaborative and creative.
