About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Partner to join our team in Liverpool.

Job Summary

  • To provide HR support to the business, focusing on employee relations and strategic projects.
  • To develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior managers and employees.
  • To contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Business Partner, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing HR guidance and support to employees and line managers.
  • Developing and implementing HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in HR or a related field.
  • Experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits

The salary for this role is up to £38,000 per annum, with flexible working arrangements and excellent benefits.
